Tourists from Europe are surprised to find that there are many shops standing row up row in China\'s cities, at least in big cities. Commodities are abundant, people need not stand in a line to buy something. The price is so low that people can\'t imagine. We visited Beijing, Xi\'an, Shanghai and Hangzhou. Various commodities in all kinds of assortments and styles can be seen everywhere. The cities look very prosperous. On the streets there are many people, a seemingly endless stream on foot or by bike. They look like they are in good moods. Western tourists and journalists also hold such opinions. During our stay in China, we didn\'t find the people expressing any feelings of dissatisfaction or a low spirit.
