We are seeking traders to engage in the development of the market for our Kangaroo and Goat meat. It is whole carcass bone in meat cut and packed in 25Kg cartons there is one animal to a carton and the weights vary accordingly. We are working on production of kangaroo mince meat also which should be ok for dumplings. We are hoping to have this available mid August. We are seeking traders with well-established infrastructure to establish regional market territories in suitable market areas. The meat is very healthy having almost no fat, low cholesterol and high protein.

It is very well accepted in the markets we have so far and rewarding first market movers with excellent profits. It is not difficult to sell once the clients try it. The rib section is particularly popular with many consumers.
