China enters the Golden Millennium

All Chinese, no matter where they are, happily welcome the Golden Millennium. China is leaving all the painful history behind after Macao reverted back to China on December 20, 1999.

In the last 500 years, the West and Japan, have done many harmful things to Chinese:

The West, led by America, started 50 year long of blockade against China from the date that the majority of the Chinese people celebrated and supported the establishment of the Peoples' Republic of China on October 1, 1949.

Today, the America is still promoting the nonsense of China's threats to the world peace. In the last 50 years, how many times that Chinese army was in other people's land and how many times was American!

America is the number one in the world! Wish them live happily to enjoy their absolute freedom and democracy in their society. Wish them in the coming years find out the solution to school killing. One day when America can overcome the fear of failure, the world may become more peaceful.

We, Chinese, would like to see a more disciplined society and live in harmony with the world and the nature, just like we always did in the past. We, Chinese, respect the differences in culture, religions and political systems. We believe that a positive attitude towards failure will nurture the next success. There is nothing absolutely right or wrong in this world and thus every nation should be let free to live the way they choose. When things go wrong, the nature force will bring them back. Foreign intruders and brutal force will never bring justice to a nation. A harmony society has to be achieved from within.

Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism culture Chinese people for a few thousand years and Tao said:

Powerful men are well advised

Not to use violence,
For violence has a habit of returning;
Thorns and weeds grow wherever an army goes,
And lean years follow a Great War.

A general is well advised

To achieve nothing more than his orders,
No matter how strong his army;
To carry out his orders
But not glory, boast or be proud;
To do what is dictated by necessity,
But not by bloodlust;
For even the fiercest force will weaken with time,
And then its violence will return, and kill it.

In this Golden Millennium, Internet empowers the people to seek the truth by themselves. Don't let the politicians and media to manipulate us. To understand China, start from their root culture and look back at the history.

Chinese definitely have the confidence to manage their own country in the way they want and progress at the pace they would like to see. Any foreign power supporting independent movement, democracy or any other political movement in China is not against the government in power but against Chinese nation as a whole.

Buddha's advice:

"Do not go by revelation or tradition, do not go by rumor, or the sacred scriptures, do not go by hearsay, or mere logic, do not go bias towards a notion or by another person's seemingly ability and do not go by the idea 'His is our teacher'.

But when you yourself know that a thing is good, that it is not blamable, that it is praised by the wise and when practiced and observed that it leads to happiness, then follow that thing."

Chinese fully understands that:

"no one saves us but ourselves,
No one can and no one may.
We ourselves must walk the path,
But Buddha clearly show the way."

No matter communism, capitalism, Buddhism or Taoism, it is the truth that we are searching for. We will eat what we planted for and we will plant what we want to eat. Coffee has a good taste to certain group of people, but may not present the same to everyone of us!
